Distribution in Iran. Golestan (Sakenin et al. 2012), Lorestan ( Ghahari et al. 2012b).
Distribution outside Iran. Austria, Kuril Islands, Sakhalin ( Shenefelt, 1972), China, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mongolia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, UK ( Yu et al. 2012).
Host records. Blennocampa pusilla , Dendrolimus albolineatus , D. pini , D. punctatus , D. sibiricus , D. spectabilis , D. superans , Macrothylacia rubi ( Shenefelt 1972; Yu et al. 2012). In Europe, it has been reported from Dendrolimus pini and Macrothylacea rubi ( Fahringer 1936; Yu et al. 2012). In Japan, it has been reported from Dendrolimus albolineatus and D. spectabilis ( Watanabe 1937; Yu et al. 2012). Yu et al. (2012) reported Amata palestinae , Brachymeria secundaria , Dendrolimus tabulaeformis , Gelis aerator , G. hortensis , Lysibia nana , Mesopolobus subfumatus , Mokrzeckia pini .
