New locality records. Corydalus armatus , a species commonly collected in the Andean region, was previously known for the departments of Boyacá, Cundinamarca, and Valle del Cauca (Contreras-Ramos 1998). The distribution of this species is extended to the departments of Antioquia, Atlántico, Caldas, Casanare, Guajira, Meta, Nariño, Quindío, Santander, and Tolima.
