Comments
Coccobius longialatus is close to C. ephedraspidis (Yasnosh) , but can be distinguished from the latter by: F1 longer than pedicel, F1–F3 each 1.8 times as long as wide and subequal in length and width respectively; eight or nine setae on submarginal vein and 15 setae on marginal vein; mid lobe of mesoscutum distinctly with reticulate sculpture; fore wing rather long and narrow, 3.4 times as long as width of wing disc. In C. ephedraspidis F1 is slightly shorter than the pedicel, F1–F3 each about 1.5 times as long as wide and subequal in length to C1; submarginal and marginal veins with 8–10 setae respectively; mesoscutum with mostly transverse cells.
