Diagnosis. Pronotum subrectangular; in males metaventrite in middle with oval impression and metaventral process distinctly narrower than 1/3 of maximum metaventral width, posteromesal margin straight; lateral projections as long as broad; aedeagus in ventral view with only slightly elongate subtrapezoidal apical part demarcated by shallow but distinct lateral subapical constriction.

Description. Male. Body length 1.43–1.47 mm, moderately convex; head, legs, pronotum and antennae reddish-brown, elytra brown, tarsi and mouth parts yellowish, setation yellowish.

Head broadest across moderately large eyes; length 0.16–0.18 mm, width 0.29–0.31 mm; frontoclypeal region subtrapezoidal, slightly convex; vertex almost smooth; supraantennal tubercles weakly raised. Puncturation on frontoclypeal region and vertex fine, very sparse; setation moderately long, very sparse, suberect. Length of antennae 0.63–0.64 mm; antennomere I subcylindrical, 1.5 times as long as broad, antennomere II subcylindrical, 1.3 times as long as broad, antennomere III slightly longer than broad, antennomeres IV–V elongate, 1.2 times as long as broad, VI nearly as long as broad, VII spherical, VIII subtrapezoidal, IX transverse, 1.2 times as broad as long, IX transverse, 1.4 times as broad as long, XI subconical, 1.7 times as long as broad.

Pronotum subrectangular, moderately convex, widest at anterior third, length 0.43–0.47 mm, width 0.51–0.55 mm, with broadly rounded anterior margin, posterior margin weakly biemarginate. Lateral carina well-marked, microserrate, sides strongly rounded in anterior third and very weakly convergent in posterior third, posterior corners almost right. Puncturation very fine, moderately dense, composed of small and shallow punctures; setation moderately long, suberect to erect.

Elytra oval, elongate, moderately convex, length 0.83–0.88 mm, width 0.57–0.60 mm, EI 1.42–1.47; widest slightly anterior to middle; apical margins of elytra almost straight. Each elytron with single basal fovea located in middle between humerus and scutellum; humeral carina as long as 1/8 of elytral length. Puncturation moderately coarse, punctures shallow, distance between punctures 1.0–1.5 times of their diameter. Setation moderately long, suberect to erect.

Metaventrite in middle with oval impression, sparsely punctured, distance between punctures 1.0–2.0 times of their diameter with moderately short and erect setation; metaventral process distinctly narrower than 1/3 of maximum metaventral width, posteromesal margin straight; lateral projections as long as broad, apex of each forming sharp angle with blunt tip.

Aedeagus ( Figs. 27–28 View FIGURES 27 – 30 ) length 0.46–0.49 mm, in ventral view with only slightly elongate subtrapezoidal apical part demarcated by shallow but distinct lateral subapical constriction, parameres slender and each paramere with long apical seta; endophallus as in Fig. 29 View FIGURES 27 – 30 .

Legs moderately long and slender; protibiae as in Fig. 30 View FIGURES 27 – 30 .

Female. Very similar to male, except metaventrite slightly convex in middle; body length 1.41–1.45 mm; head length 0.16–0.17 mm, width 0.29–0.31 mm; length of antennae 0.59–0.63 mm; pronotum length 0.43–0.44 mm, width 0.51–0.54 mm; length of elytra 0.81–0.86 mm, width of elytra 0.57–0.61 mm; EI 1.41–1.44.

Distribution. South-eastern Serbia.

Etymology. Locotypic, named after Remisiana, a Roman archeological site in the small town Bela Palanka, the base of the Suva planina Mts. where this species was collected.
