This species has the extreme apex of fore wings sharply pale, similar to C. luckmanni , C. striatopterus and C. s udanensis ( Mound & Infante 2017). However, this species is unique in coloration, with yellow pronotum, pterothorax and pleurotergites I–VII (that is brown to dark brown in all other species). Moreover, markings inside sculptures of head and pronotum are weakly developed unlike other members of this genus. It is not described here as it remains known only from three females, and further investigations are needed in the color pattern.
