WL: 19mm. This is one of the most common butterflies of the West African forests. It ranges from Guinea- Bissau to Nigeria, Cameroon, CAR, DRC and northern Angola. The caterpillars feed on a number of Poaceae . Previous references. Regions: Biombo, Gabú, Quinara, Tombali. Authors: Bivar-de-Sousa et al. (2008a). Probable abundance and proposed status. GA: PF; EC: LC.
