3. Batriscenellus fragilis View in CoL species group
Diagnosis. Abdominal tergite V with a pair of lateral setiferous patches, densely covered with long setae at posteromedian margin, completely covering basomedian excavation of tergite VI.
Remarks. Adults of this group are similar in most respect to those of B. admonitor group, they can be easily separated by the presence of a pair of lateral setiferous patches on tergite V of the B. fragilis group.
The group contains eight species previously placed in the nominal subgenus, seven of them are restricted in Japan and one in Far East Russia, the Korean Peninsula, Japan and Northeast China.
