Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 3.7 mm. Head black, except mandible brown; antenna brown; propleuron brown; pronotum brown, except posterior tubercle and anterior margin brown-testaceous; rest of mesosoma brown, except axilla brown-testaceous; metasoma brown; legs brown, except articulations, distal extremities of procoxa and mesocoxa testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 13:7:11:8:6:7:6.5:6:6:9. Head flat, dull, with thin setae, completely reticulate rugose and granulate; frontal line complete; frons with two lateral keels near orbits and directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 6; OL = 4; OOL = 5; OPL = 5; TL = 4. Pronotum anteriorly crossed by slight transverse impression, dull, with thin setae, reticulate rugose, with posterior margin unsculptured; posterior surface approximately as long as mesoscutum (14:15); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures, laterally slightly irregularly striate. Notauli incomplete, hardly visible, reaching approximately 0.4 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum shiny, unsculptured. Metanotum shiny, partly unsculptured, partly rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, dull, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity dull, reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels, with areolae less wide than those of metapectal-propodeal disc. Forewing with two slight dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (4:12). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 8:3:4:9:21. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 79E View FIGURE 79 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 79E View FIGURE 79 ) with two rows of 17 + 18 lamellae; apex very bent and with six lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
