Anteon natalense Olmi 1984: 388 .
Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 2.6–2.8 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except scape and pedicel testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous. In specimen from Zimbabwe, Harare, antenna brown, except antennomeres 1–3 testaceous; proleg testaceous, except coxa partly brown; meso- and metaleg brown, except tarsi testaceous. Antennomeres in following proportions: 13:4.5:4:4:4:5:5:5:5:7. Head shiny, reticulate rugose; occipital carina complete; POL = 8; OL = 5; OOL = 5; OPL = 4; TL = 3. Pronotum shiny, rugose; posterior surface very short, shorter than mesoscutum (5:16); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, reticulate rugose, with or without numerous strong longitudinal keels; in specimen from Zimbabwe, Harare, mesoscutum granulate, with slight areolae and irregular and longitudinal keels. Notauli absent. In specimen from Zimbabwe, Harare, notauli slightly visible, incomplete and reaching about 0.3 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels, with areolae less wide than those of the metapectal-propodeal disc. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands or spots; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (3:9). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 7:1.5:2:2.5:8. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 67A View FIGURE 67 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 67A View FIGURE 67 ) with 5–8 very slender lamellae and some bristles. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Other material: KENYA: Nairobi Prov., ICIPE Campus, Kasara- ni, 1.22317°S 36.89653°E, 1600 m, 8–15.IV.2014, MT, near stream, meadow in degraded shrub-/grassland, R. Co- peland leg., 1♀ (NMK). SOUTH AFRICA: Eastern Cape, Asante Sana Game Reserve, 32°14.990’S 24°55.962’E, 2183 m, 29.X.2009–23.II.2010, MT, Karoo Escarpment Grassland, S. van Noort leg., 1♀ (SAMC). ZIMBABWE: Harare (= Salisbury), X.1981, MT, A. Watsham leg., 1♀ (DJBC).
