Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 2.6 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; clypeus almost to- tally testaceous; antenna yellow; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except metafemur slightly darkened. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 11:5:7:5.5:5:5:5:5:5:6.5. Head flat, setose, dull, granulate; frons almost completely slightly reticulate rugose; frontal line incomplete, not present in anterior third of frons; frons with two lateral keels near orbits and directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 6; OL = 3.5; OOL = 3.5; OPL = 3.5; TL = 5. Pronotum anteriorly crossed by slight transverse impression, shiny, unsculptured, except few slight irregular keels; posterior surface slightly shorter than mesoscutum (13:16); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, slightly granulate, with many irregular striae and keels. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.5 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, dull, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity dull, reticulate rugose, without complete longitudinal keels, with areolae approximately as large as those of metapectalpropodeal disc. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (4:8). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 7:2:3:12:19. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 50C View FIGURE 50 ) with proximal promi- nence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 50C View FIGURE 50 ) with basal part much shorter than apical part, with two rows of 34 lamellae; apex with four lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
