Description of Female. Fully winged; length 1.9–2.4 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 10:4:7:4.5:4:4:4:4:4:5. Head shiny, completely reticulate rugose; face with two lateral keels around orbits directed towards antennal toruli; frontal line complete; POL = 5; OL = 4; OOL = 5; OPL = 2.5; TL = 4; occipital carina complete. Occasionally small area in front of anterior ocellus punctate, not reticulate rugose. Pronotum dull, rugose, except for smooth area near posterior margin; posterior surface short, transverse, much shorter than scutum (6:14); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.5 length of scutum. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (2:8). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 7:2:3:5:14 (holotype) or 7:2:2.5:4.5:13 (one of paratypes). Enlarged claw ( Plate 22B View PLATE 22 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 22B View PLATE 22 ) with one row of approximately 16–17 lamellae; distal apex with eight–nine lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Material examined. Types: holotype ♀: CHINA: Taiwan, Nantou, Meifeng , 2130 m, 2–4.VI.1980, L.Y. Chou & C.C. Chen leg. ( TARI) . Paratypes: same locality label as holotype, 1♀ ( AMNH) ; Taiwan, Sungkang , 2100 m, X.1984, K.S. Lin & K.C. Chou leg., 2♀♀ ( TARI) . Other material: CHINA: Zhejiang, Mt. Fengyangshan , 28.VII.2007, Lanlan Zhu leg., 2♀♀ ( SCAU) .
