Material examined.
Canada, New Brunswick, Restigouche Co., Dionne Brook P.N.A., 47.9030 N, 68.3503°W, 30.V.-15.VI.2011, M. Roy & V. Webster, coll. // Old-growth northern hardwood forest, Lindgren funnel trap (1 ♀, RWC).
Distribution in Canada and Alaska.
(New Canadian record). Apparently the species has not been found in North America since Casey’s original description of specimens from NY; it was treated as a synonym of Anomognathus cuspidatus Erichson by Fenyes (1918), but this has to be confirmed.
