Holotype: ♀, Сталинабад, Таджикистан [ Tajikistan, Dushanbe, 38°34′N 68°47′E], 5. VI.[1]936, Гуссаковск.[ий] [ V. Gussakovskij leg.] // Holotypus Andrena pesenkoi Osytsh. <red label> // Zoological Institute St. Petersburg INS_HYM_0002654 .

Paratypes: 3 ♀, Туранга, БадхыЗ [ Turkmenistan, Badhyz Nature Seserve, Turanga], степь [steppe], цв.[етки] [flowers of] Eremodaucus lehmannii , 30.IV.[1]978, Песенко [Yu. Pesenko leg.] // Paratypus Andrena pesenkoi Osytsh. <red labels on each paratype specimen>.

Current status. Andrena (Aenandrena) pesenkoi Osytshnjuk, 1984 (according to Osytshnjuk et al. 2005: 73)

Remark. Male unknown (according to Osytshnjuk et al. 2005: 74).

Distribution. Turkmenistan, Tajikistan. The record from Azerbaijan by Aliyev et al. (2017) is doubtful.
