Specimen measured. SP (1).

Dorsal shield of female mostly smooth, with scant lateral striae and lightly reticulated mid-dorsally, 375 long and 242 wide. Setal lengths: j1 35, j3 60, j4 10, j5 8, j6 10, J2 10, J5 10, z2 18, z4 10, z5 10, Z1 10, Z4 93, Z5 120, s4 70, S2 18, S4 15, S5 18, r3 20 and R1 20. Peritreme extending to level of j1. Distances between st1–st3 70, st2–st2 82, st5–st5 80. Ventrianal shield 130 long, 95 wide at level of Zv2 and 80 at anus level. Spermathecal calyx tubular, 35 long; atrium nodular. Cheliceral digits not distinguishable. Macrosetae of legs I–IV, sharp-tipped; SgeI 55, SgeII 45, SgeIII 63, SgeIV 138, StiIII 38, StiIV 80 and StIV 80 .

Distribution in Brazil. Minas Gerais (Silva et al., 2010) and São Paulo ( Denmark & Muma, 1973).

Distribution elsewhere. Not reported.

Remarks. Species described from Brazil. The measurements are similar to those of the original description.
