Specimen measured. AM (1).

Dorsal shield of female smooth, 310 long and 200 wide. Setal lengths: j1 28, j3 37, j4 7, j5 5, j6 6, J2 6, J5 8, z2 15, z4 11, z5 6, Z1 10, Z4 96, Z5 261, s4 80, S2 11, S4 10, S5 8, r3 14 and R1 10. Peritreme extending to level of j1. Distances between st1–st3 63, st2–st2 70, st5–st5 72. Ventrianal shield 110 long, 65 wide at level of Zv2 and 75 at anus level. Spermathecal calyx tubular, 27 long; atrium inconspicuous. Cheliceral digits not appropriately visible; fixed cheliceral digit apparently with 11–12 teeth and movable digit apparently with four teeth. Macrosetae of legs I–IV, sharp-tipped; SgeI 39, SgeII 37, SgeIII broken on both sides, SgeIV 115, StiIII 32, StiIV 52 and StIV 66 .

Distribution in Brazil. Acre ( Nuvoloni et al., 2015b) and Amazonas ( Nuvoloni et al., 2015b).

Distribution elsewhere. Guyana and Puerto Rico.

Remarks. The measurements of the specimens examined are similar to those of the original description, except for the spermathecal calyx, approximately 1.5 times longer.
