Description. Female. Body length 2.6–3.1 mm; fore wing length 2.1–2.5 mm.

Head 2.0–2.1 × wider than medial length (dorsal view), 0.9 × as wide as mesoscutum. Occiput distinctly concave. Head behind eyes distinctly curvedly narrowed; transverse diameter of eye 0.9–1.0 × as long as temple (dorsal view). Ocelli arranged in triangle with base 1.5–1.6 × its sides. POL 1.8–2.0 × Od, 0.7–0.8 × OOL. Eye narrowed below, 1.7–1.8 × as high as broad. Malar space 1.0–1.3 × basal width of mandible, about 0.3 × height of eye. Face convex, its width 1.2 × median height, 1.4–1.5 × height of eye. Tentorial pits distinct, distance between pits almost equal to distance from pit to eye. Clypeus high, weakly convex, its width 2.0–2.3 × median height, 0.6–0.7 × width of face; its lower margin almost straight medially. Head distinctly roundly narrowed below eyes (front view).

Antenna with 20 antennomeres, rather slender, setiform, its submedial antennomeres thickened and elongate. Scape 1.9–2.5 × longer than wide. First flagellomere 3.0–3.3 × longer than its apical width, 1.2–1.3 × longer than second flagellomere. Tenth antennomere 1.3–1.6 × longer than maximum width. Penultimate flagellomere 2.2–2.7 × longer than its width, 0.8–0.9 × as long as weakly acuminate apical flagellomere; the latter apically without spine.

Mesosoma 1.5–1.6 × longer than its maximum height. Mesoscutum highly and curvedly elevated above pronotum (lateral view), 1.3–1.6 × wider than its medial length (dorsal view). Prescutellar depression (scutellar sulcus) short and shallow, with numerous distinct carinae. Scutellum 0.9–1.0 × as long as anterior width. Prepectal carina entirely absent. Precoxal sulcus distinct, wide, rather long, oblique, weakly sinuate, extending below in 0.8–0.9 of mesopleuron length, crenulate-rugose.

Wings. Fore wing 2.6–2.8 × longer than its maximum width. Pterostigma 3.0–3.2 × longer than its maximum width. Metacarp (1-R1) sclerotised in basal half only, desclerotised in distal half, its sclerotised part about 0.4 × as long as pterostigma. Radial vein (r) arising from anterior 0.25–0.30 of pterostigma; first radiomedial vein (2- SR) arising weakly before radial vein (r) and also from pterostigma. Present only single abscissa of radial vein (r), which sclerotised in basal 0.3 and desclerotised on remaining part, reaching as track distal margin of wing. Radial (marginal) cell distinctly shortened, 2.9–3.2 × longer than its maximum width. First radiomedial vein (2-SR) 5.5–8.5 × longer than recurrent vein (m-cu). Recurrent vein (m-cu) distinctly postfurcal to first radiomedial vein (2-SR), weakly convergent with basal vein (1-M) posteriorly. Discoidal (discal) cell subsessile anteriorly, 1.4–1.5 × longer than its maximum width. Nervulus (cu-a) weakly postfurcal, distance between basal vein (1-M) and nervulus (cu-a) 0.1–0.2 × nervulus (cu-a) length. Hind wing 3.3–3.5 × longer than its maximum width. First abscissa of mediocubital vein (M+CU) about 2.0 × longer than second abscissa (1-M).

Legs. Hind coxa large, rather long and wide, 1.3–1.6 × longer than its maximum width, 1.4–1.6 × longer than propodeum (lateral view). Hind femur 3.2–3.6 × longer than its maximum width. Hind tibia claviform, about 4.5 × longer than its maximum width, 0.7–0.8 × as wide as hind femur; longest inner tibial spur 0.6–0.7 × length of hind basitarsus. Hind tarsus 0.9–1.0 × as long as hind tibia, first and second segments without transparent ventral keel; its basitarsus 0.9 × as long as second–fifth segments combined; second segment 0.30–0.35 × as long as basitarsus, 1.1–1.3 × longer than fifth segment (excluding pretarsus).

Metasoma 0.8–0.9 × as long as mesosoma, its tergites well sclerotised. First suture indistinct, visible as track only; second suture rather distinct, very narrow and straight. First tergite with distinct, wide and suboval median depression in basal half; tergite 0.7–0.8 × as long as its apical width, about 1.5 × as long as second tergite; second tergite almost as long as third tergite. Length of first to third tergites combined 0.8–1.0 × their maximum width. Third tergite straight on posterior margin. Hypopygium acuminate distally (lateral view). Ovipositor sheaths widened distally, very short, 0.15–0.20 × as long as hind basitarsus.

Sculpture. Vertex and frons of head densely areolate-punctate, face and clypeus densely areolate-punctate. Mesoscutum and scutellum densely and distinctly areolate-punctate. Mesopleuron widely and densely reticulate-punctate, smooth in narrow lower posterior part; metapleuron entirely rugose-reticulate. Propodeum only in posterior half with areas delineated by distinct carinae, with coarse and curved transverse medial carina, behind this carina with large and narrowed posteriorly petiolate area; propodeum densely rugulose-reticulate in anterior half and finely reticulate to mainly almost smooth in posterior half. Hind coxa densely and distinctly rugose in upper basal half, smooth in remaining part. Metasoma mainly smooth, first tergite distinctly longitudinally striate in basal 0.3 and along basomedial cavity.

Colour. Head, mesoscutum and upper half of propleuron or all prothorax light reddish brown, rest of body black. Antenna pale brown to yellow in basal one-third, black in apical two-thirds. Palpi yellow, but distinctly infuscate basally. Fore and middle legs mainly light reddish brown, hind leg mainly dark reddish brown, hind coxa light reddish brown in distal ventral half. Fore wing hyaline or subhyaline widely basally and apically, distinctly and widely infuscate medially. Pterostigma entirely dark brown.

Male. Body length 2.7–3.0 mm; fore wing length 2.3–2.4 mm. Antenna rather slender, evenly setiform, without widened median flagellomeres. First flagellomere 2.0 × longer than its apical width, 1.1 × longer than second flagellomere. Tenth antennomere almost 2.0 × longer than its maximum width. Penultimate flagellomere 3.0–3.3 × longer than its width. Head and mesosoma entirely black, metasoma dark brown to black. Antenna mainly black, only basally reddish brown. Hind leg entirely black. Otherwise similar to female.
