Condition. Specimens well preserved, some with anterior process broken, and immature stages in good condition.

Material examined. 2♂ and 2 nymphs, [“ Xochitepec , / Mor. Mexico / 14-X-1934 / C. C. Plummer ”]; [PARATIPO / Philya / lowryi / Det. / C.C. Plummer 19_ _]. All labeled as paratypes .

Distribution. Mexico.

Records in Mexico. Cuautla (MOR).
