Diagnosis (Modified from Rho et al. 2020). Buccal cavity large and narrowly divided into two parts by a sclerotized transverse band; ocelli present or absent; presence of three teeth, of which one ventro-sublateral is the largest; amphids dorsally spiral; posterior section of pharynx with multiple bulbs (4–10); males usually with winged precloacal supplements (round shaped in B. gracilis Gagarin & Thanh, 2016 and long pocket-shaped in B. warwicki ) or absent, spicules short and curved, gubernaculum absent or present; females didelphic—amphidelphic with reflexed ovaries.
