Broun number: 3071.

Type material examined. 1 ex. Holotype (NHM): card-mounted, “3071” [in Broun’s hand], “New Zealand. [red underline] \ Broun Coll. \ Brit. Mus. \ 1922-482.”, “Greymouth \ J. H. Lewis” [in Broun’s hand], “ Atopida \ suffusa ” [in Broun’s hand].

Remarks. Broun (1910) examined a single specimen received from J. H. Lewis, collected from Greymouth.
