Diagnosis. Tergalii II–VI (5 pairs) present; tergalii III–V with ventral lobe and with cleft on dorsal lobe; tergalius VI normally without ventral lobe and without cleft on dorsal lobe ( Figs 1–5, 7–12 View FIGURES 1–19 ); individual tergalius can bear vestigial ventral lobe ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 1–19 ). Differs from all other subgenera by retention of tergalii VI.
Indian representatives. Three species, Teloganodes (Teloganodes) dentatus Navás 1932 , T. (T.) kodai Sartori in Sartori et al. 2008 and a new species, T. (T.) velutinus sp. n.
