Dorsal shield 263 long, 110 wide; j1 15, j3 28, j4 7, j5 7, j6 9, J2 6, J5 6, z2 10, z3 35, z4 12, z5 5, Z4 42, Z5 48, s4 38, s6 53, r3 30, R1 10; distances between ST1-ST3 55, ST2-ST2 55 and ST5-ST5 50; ventrianal shield 85 long, 45 wide at level of ZV2 and 50 wide at level of anus; JV5 37; calyx of spermatheca 7; SgeIV 14, StiIV 12, StIV 20. Chaetotaxy: genu II - 2,2/0, 2/0,1; genu III - 1,2/0, 2/0,1.

Specimen examined: San Martín: Tarapoto-Morales (Sector Pólvora) (6° 28' 57" S, 76° 23' 36" W) 27- VII-2006, on Sapindus saponaria (1Ψ).

Previous records: Brazil, Ecuador and Guyana.
