Distribution. Endemic. Galápagos: Española, Fernandina, Floreana, Genovesa, Isabela, Marchena (ICCDRS), Pinta, San Cristóbal, Santa Cruz, Santiago.
Remarks. Adults of this species are known from both arid and humid zones. Adults have been observed resting on leaves of Cyathea ( Boada 2005) .
