Distribution. Endemic. Galápagos: Baltra, Floreana, Isabela, Marchena, Pinta, Rábida, Santa Cruz, Santa Fé.

Remarks. Adults of this species were reared from Jasminocereus cactus and found primarily in the arid zone. Odinia williamsi was frequently found swarming around heads of humans and on Santa Fé was observed around the head and eyes of land iguanas.
