Key to Australasian Leiodytes Guignot, 1936

1. Body roundish. Dorsoventrally rather domed ( Figs 1A, B ). Elytron with well-marked ridge continuing line of pronotal lateral margin backwards; ridge obsolete in middle of elytron. Posterior margin of pronotum with two blackish markings. Median lobe and paramere as in Fig. 5 .............................................................. migrator Sharp, 1882

- Body more elongate. Elytron without well-marked ridge. Dorsoventrally more flattened............................. 2

2. Elytron ferruginous with vague blackish markings ( Fig. 1D ). Head with distinct cervical line ( Fig. 3C ). Larger: TL = 1.85–2.15 mm. Median lobe and paramere as in Fig. 7 ..................................................... wattsi sp. nov.

- Elytron plain ferruginous without any blackish markings ( Fig. 1C ). Head with indistinct cervical line ( Fig. 3B ). Smaller: TL = 1.75–1.9 mm. Median lobe and paramere as in Fig. 6 ........................................... surianiae sp. nov.
