Description. Adult and larva described by Malenovský et al. (2007).
Host plant. Vepris (= Teclea ) afzelii , probably also V. nobilis (Rutaceae) .
Biology. Larvae are free-living and induce simple distortions of leaves ( Malenovský et al. 2007).
Distribution. Cameroon, Uganda.
