Distribution. Russia (European part), Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iran, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan.
Remarks. The species is closely related to both P. straminea (André, 1884) and P. rubiginosa (André, 1884) , as well as P. jugorum Blüthgen, 1951 ; this complex requires a revision.
