Holotype: male; type locality: Kengdi, Shouning , Fujian.
Description of the female. Wings almost reaching apical areas of hind femora. Tegmen: R releases Rs before mid-length of tegmen, both forked near apical area; MA divides into MA and MP about mid-length of tegmen; CuA and CuP undivided, free throughout; with 3 anal veins. Subgenital plate slightly broad at base, narrowing, basal third membranous with some transverse folds, posterior margin slightly concave. Ovipositor almost equal to body length, nearly straight, dorsal and ventral margins nearly parallel, apex rounded.
Coloration. Body light brown. Inner margin of antennal socket black, base and apex of antennal scape, outer surface of base of pedicel with black spots. Eyes black, ocelli light yellow. Pronotum with a broad longitudinal rosy stripe in the midline, lateral lobe of pronotum each with thin ringed rosy stripe. Tegmen with rosy veins. Apical halves of spines and spurs on hind tibia dark brown. Apical halves of all femora rosy as well as basal two thirds of all tibiae. Dorsal surface of abdomen rosy.
Measurements (mm). Body: 20.3; pronotum: 4.9; tegmen: 17.4; hind femur: 13.4; ovipositor: 22.9.
Material examined. 1♀, Kengdi, Shouning , Fujian, 15 July, 2023, coll. Fanduo Cai.
Distribution. China (Fujian).
Discussion. The female of this species has not been reported before, we describe here for the first time based on the specimen collected from the type locality.
