Description: Body brownish yellow ( Figs 5, 6 View FIGURES 1–8 ). Vertex light brown, without spot ( Figs 5, 7 View FIGURES 1–8 ). Eyes dark brown ( Figs 5, 7 View FIGURES 1–8 ). Face light yellow ( Figs 6, 8 View FIGURES 1–8 ). Pronotum with dark anterior margin, central and posterior area pale yellow ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 1–8 ). Scutellum brownish yellow ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 1–8 ). Forewing pale yellow, with one dark spot on costal margin preapically ( Figs 5, 6 View FIGURES 1–8 ).

Abdominal apodemes short, not extended beyond the hind margin of 3 rd sternite ( Fig. 17 View FIGURES 17–24 ).

Male genitalia. Pygofer with six macrosetae at baso-lateral angle and few fine setae scattered on lateral surface ( Fig. 18 View FIGURES 17–24 ). Pygofer microtrichia conspicuous, well developed ( Fig. 18 View FIGURES 17–24 ). Pygofer dorsal appendage simple, tapered distally and expanded basally ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 17–24 ). Anal tube appendage long, hook-like apically ( Fig. 18 View FIGURES 17–24 ). Subgenital plate with 4 macrosetae on middle of outer margin, microsetae along apical margin, marginal subbasal setae distinct, peg-like, forming continuous row ( Fig. 20 View FIGURES 17–24 ). Style flat near middle, preapical lobe prominent, apex with long slender posterolateral point and short anteromedial point ( Fig. 21 View FIGURES 17–24 ). Aedeagal shaft nearly straight, broadened distally in posterior view with pair of long tapered processes near apex extended basolaterad and two tooth-like subapical processes posterolaterally; gonopore on ventral surface; preatrium large and broad in lateral and ventral view; dorsal apodeme short ( Figs 22, 23 View FIGURES 17–24 ). Connective stem absent, central lobe short ( Fig. 24 View FIGURES 17–24 ).

Measurement. Male length 2.6–2.7 mm, female length 2.5–2.6 mm (including wing).

Specimens Examined. Holotype ♂: China, Guizhou Prov., Huajiang Town , 4 June 2021, coll. Jia Jiang. Paratypes: two ♂♂, two ♀♀, same data as holotype .

Remarks. This species closely resembles T. baiyunshana Song, Li & Xiong (2011) , but can be distinguished by the apically emarginate aedeagal shaft ( Fig. 22 View FIGURES 17–24 ); forewing with one black spot at costal margin ( Figs 5, 6 View FIGURES 1–8 ); abdominal apodemes extended to hind margin of 3 rd sternite ( Fig. 17 View FIGURES 17–24 ); style with lateroapical point elongate ( Fig. 21 View FIGURES 17–24 ), and connective without stem ( Fig. 24 View FIGURES 17–24 ).

Etymology. The new species is named from the Latin word “ lageniformis ”, which refers to the flask-shaped aedeagus in ventral view.
