Type locality. Macas , Ecuador.
Remarks. The species was last transferred to Dorisiana based on the three-segmented tarsi ( Santos et al. 2010). However, the timbal cover fits the expanded description of Guyalna provided here ( Fig. 13 View FIGURE 13 ). As a result, the species is hereby transferred to Guyalna to become Guyalna glauca ( Goding, 1925) n. comb. Body length 25–28 mm, fore wing length 36–39 mm.
Distribution. The species has been reported previously from Brazil and Ecuador ( Metcalf 1963; Sanborn 2013).
