Merluccius merluccius ( Fig. 1 )

The specimen was 616 mm TL and 1660 g of eviscerated weight. The normal pigmentation of the species is silvery grey dorsally, lighter on sides and white on belly, with no submandibular mark ( Lloris et al., 2016). The abnormal pigmentation showed the
