Artbeschreibung: Ähnlich wie C. limosa , aber grundständige Blattscheiden braun (bei C. limosa rotbraun), Blätter 2-4 mm breit, flach, grün, den Blütenstand meist nicht erreichend (bei C. limosa diesen oft erreichend), Deckspelzen rotbraun, allmählich zugespitzt, die Fruchtschläuche überragend, diese undeutlich nervig, 2,5-3 mm lang.
