Type host. Congiopodus peruvianus Cuvier & Valenciennes (Pisces: Congiopodidae ). Site of infection. Gall bladder.
Type locality. Argentina, Patagonia, Continental Shelf (45–48ºS, 60–64ºW). Holotype: 3 MLP 5875. Paratypes: MLP 5876 (allotype Ƥ), MLP 5877 (1033, 10ƤƤ). Remarks. Paratypes (1033, 10ƤƤ) in the Helminthological Collection of the Institute of Parasitology, České
