Notes
Species complex. A species with an unknown native range but believed to be an introduced species in shallow waters worldwide ( Styan et al. 2017) and frequently reported from Greece. Styan et al. (2017), using molecular methods, find at least three putative cryptic species of Ficopomatus enigmaticus in Australia.
