Tableland site (17° 55' 54.4794" N 73° 48' 39.6" E). Size: 200 µm, 187µm and 196µm (n=3); polygon number = 19; wh: dw = 0.4–0.6. Egg with regular polygons with each polygon having 4–6 angles, walls thin and high, triangular in cross section with slightly crenulated concave upper margin. Wall intersections with a blunt but pronounced projection. Polygon floor concave with no dimples, edges distinct ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 A & 3B).
Chalkewadi site (17° 36' 6.84" N 73° 49' 13.08" E)Size: 200 and 185 µm (n=2); polygon number = 18; wh: dw = 0.5–0.6. Egg with regularly shaped and elongated polygons, each polygon with 4–6 angles. Walls narrow triangular in cross section, high, slightly crenulate and concave dorsal margins, with wall intersections bluntly produced. Polygonal floor weakly or moderately concave with weak dimples, junction of wall bases and floor edges distinct ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 C).
Mhavshi site (17° 25' 17.0394" N 73° 54' 12.5994" E). Size: 205 and 202 µm (n=2); polygon number = 20 wh: dw = ~ 1. Egg with regular polygons with 4–6 angles, walls thick and broadly triangular, surface edges concave. Wall intersections with a blunt bulbous projection. Floor of polygon having small area, concave with shallow dimples ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 D).
