Genus Nymphister Reichensperger, 1933 View in CoL
The genus has been described in detail, diagnosed, and included in the identification keys by Helava et al. (1985) and Tishechkin (2007). Presently, it includes two Central American species and at least seven undescribed South American species ( Tishechkin 2007, Tishechkin, unpublished). The new species here described is one of the most common species of all Haeteriinae in collections
