VERACRUZ: Lago de Catemaco: Rhinella marina (CNHE; Goldberg et al., 2002b); Laguna El Zacatal: Rhinella marina (Lamothe- Argumedo et al., 1993); Estación de Biología Los Tuxtlas: Rhinella marina , Smilisca baudini (Guillén- Hernández et al., 2000), Smilisca cyanosticta ( Goldberg et al., 2002b) .
Specimens deposited: BM(NH) (1994.6.21.3), CNHE (1528-1530)
Squamata (A): Intestine.
OAXACA: Cuicatlán: Plestiodon sp. ( Zerecero, 1950, 1951). TABASCO: Río Teapa: Ameiva undulata , Drymobius margaritiferus , Leptophis mexicanus , Mabuya unimarginata , Ninia sebae ( Thatcher, 1964) .
Notes: A portion of the specimens collected in Oaxaca were identified as Mesocoelium leiperi ( Zerecero, 1950) ; remaining material ( Zerecero, 1951) and the specimens from Tabasco ( Thatcher, 1964), were determined as Mesocoelium travassosi . Both species are considered synonyms of Mesocoelim monas ( Teixeira de Freitas, 1963) .
