Notes: The genus Langeronia was synonymized with Loxogenes ( Yamaguti, 1958) ; currently, some authors consider them independent ( Dailey & Goldberg, 2000; Martínez-Salazar, 2004), and others retain the species of Caballero and Bravo-Hollis in Loxogenes (Tkach et al., 2003) . The material of Lithobates berlandieri from Río Pesqueria and Presa Rodrígo Gómez, Nuevo León was described as the type of Langeronia jimenezi ( Iruegas-Buentello & Salinas-López, 1989) . This species was synonymized with Langeronia macrocirra ( Martínez-Salazar, 2004) .
