Diagnosis: As for the family.
Type species: Lucioblivio kozaensis Tomikawa sp. nov. by monotypy.
Etymology: The generic name is from the Latin adverb luci (of light) and oblivio (oblivion), referring to the lightless habitat of the new genus.
