Artbeschreibung: Stängel meist 2-3 mm dick, hellgrün, weich. Unterstes Tragblatt die Ähre nur etwa zur Hälfte umfassend. Perigonborsten 4-6 (meist 5), mindestens so lang wie die Frucht mit der Griffelbasis. Diese etwa 2mal so hoch wie breit, ca. 1/3 so breit wie die Frucht.
