Distribution in Iran: Mazandaran ( Amini et al. 2020).
General distribution: Azerbaijan, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, China, Croatia, Russia (Central, North and South European Territory), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Great Britain, Germany, Georgia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Netherland, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine.
Habitat: This species in Europe inhabits the basidiomes of many species of polypores of different densities from deciduous and coniferous trees, we collected from different species of the genus Trametes , Inonotus , Phellinus , Trichaptum , Tyromyces , and Daedalea quercina (L.) Pers., Daedaleopsis confragosa (Bolton) J.Schröt., Fomes fomentarius , Fomitiporia robusta , Fomitopsis pinicola , Ganoderma applanatum , Fuscoporia contigua (Pers.) G.Cunn. , Ischnoderma benzoinum (Wahlenb.) P.Karst. , Lenzites betulinus , Laetiporus sulphureus , Phaeolus schweinitzii (Fr.) Pat. , Fomitopsis betulina , Stereum hirsutum (Willd.) Pers. , etc.
