Distribution: Neotropical.
Records in Ecuador: Zamora Chinchipe (San Francisco Biological Reserve), Napo (45 km N from Puyo, CIPCA ( Centro de Investigación , Posgrado y Conservación de la Amazonía )) and Pastaza (Puyo).
Habitat: Bark, organic litter and the upper soil layer, especially from Graffenrieda emarginata litter.
