Type locality.

“Markuševec”, Croatia.

Types.

Milan et al. (1974: 93) indicated collection numbers for “syntypes” illustrated in Brusina (1902), but it is uncertain whether the specimens were part of the original type series. They are stored in the Croatian Natural History Museum, Zagreb, coll. no. 2499-145/1-2.

Remarks.

Appeared first as a nomen nudum in Brusina (1884a: 138).
