Douinia plicata (Lindb.) Konstant. et Vilnet , comb. nov.
Basionym:— Diplophyllum plicatum Lindb., Acta Soc. Sci. Fenn. 10: 235, 1872 ( Lindberg 1872).
Lectotype (here designated):— RUSSIA. Sakhalin: Dui , May 1861, P. von Glehn (H-SOL no. 2245 008!).
Note:—In the protolog Lindberg (1872) cited three specimens collected by different people and at different times (“ Hab. ad Traiziska, supra arborem putridum unacum Stereodonte plicatulo, sterile, Aug. 1860, et ad Tunai, lignum cariosum inhabitans, sterile, medio Sept. 1860, Schmidt; ad Dui, loco simili inter Stereod. adscendentem et plicatulum, ♂ et fr. jun., Maji 1861, Glehn”). Two of the specimens mentioned in the protolog are preserved in H- SOL, the one collected by Schmidt in Traiziska and the specimen collected by Glehn. Only Glehn’s specimen includes male plants and plants with immature sporophytes. It is therefore chosen by us as the lectotype.
