First faunistic record for Croatia: Frauenfeld 1861

Distribution in Croatia: Common in the Mediterranean part, present also in the Dinaric Alps on localities under strong influence of Mediterranean climate.

Distribution in Europe: Endemic to the Western Balkans—along the Adriatic Coast from Slovenia to northern Greece, reaching Albania, FYR Macedonia, and the southeastern tip of Bulgaria ( Willemse et al. 2016, Cigliano et al. 2018).
