Description. Length, male: 3.6–3.9 mm, length of tegmen: 2.2 mm; female: 4.0– 4.5 mm; length of tegmen: 2.4– 2.7 mm.

Male. Body dark brown with pale brown maculae ( Fig. 1). Vertex pale brown. Eyes blackish brown. Frons brown suffused with dark brown spots; clypeus dark brown ( Fig. 2). Rostrum pale brown ( Fig. 2). Pronotum and mesoscutellum dark brown with disc pale brown ( Fig. 1). Tegmina dark brown with white stripe ( Fig. 1). Legs brown suffused with dark brown spots ( Figs 2–3). Abdomen dark brown with pale brown stripe and dark brown spots, and venter yellowish white ( Figs 1, 3).

Female. Body pale brown with brown maculae uniformly, dorsum of body with light stripe at mid ( Figs 4–6).

Vertex subquadrilateral with anterior margin somewhat convex and posterior margin nearly truncate, lateral margin obviously carinate, 2.2× wider at apex than length in middle line, disc evidently depressed ( Fig. 1). Frons not elevated, with median carina not reaching apical part, lateral carinae only sitting near apical part; disc finely granulose, anterior margin evidently concave, 1.2× wider at widest part than at base, midlength 1.3× longer than greatest width ( Fig. 2). Frontoclypeal suture nearly straight. Clypeus smooth without carina, disc evidently elevated ( Fig. 2). Pronotum wide, medial carina absent. Mesoscutellum broad and short, disc evidently elevated, with median and lateral carinae; 2.4× wider at widest part than medial length ( Fig. 1). Tegmina short and subquadrilateral, with pits on disc, 1.4× longer than widest part, one clubbed stripe from base to inner apex ( Fig. 1). Profemora and protibia distinctly foliately dilated ( Fig. 24); hind tibia with one lateral tooth near apex. Formula of hind leg 6– 2–2. Abdomen with one pale stripe near mid, which is suffused with dark spots ( Fig. 1).

Male genitalia: Anal segment in dorsal view elliptical; apical margin distinctly convex with angles obtuse, little longer than medial width; anal foramen near middle ( Fig. 26). In lateral view, anal segment relatively small, latero-apical angles upcurved and tapering directed caudad, ventral margin nearly straight ( Fig. 25). In lateral view, pygofer with laterodorsal angles slightly prominent, lateral margin strongly sinuate, dorsocaudal angle shallowly produced and shrunk near middle ( Fig. 25). Phallus tubular in profile, asymmetrical, without spiniform process. Aedeagus terminating in lobes directed caudad ( Figs 27–28); on right side, aedeagus with V-shaped cleft and acute tooth near middle; on left side and in dorsal view, apex of aedeagus curved cephalad and apical margin teeth-like ( Figs 27–28). Genital styles moderately long, nearly rectangular, about as wide near base as apex; basal margin rounded, ventral margin shallowly convex; apical margin more or less acute; dorsal margin near middle produced dorsad in one large and long finger-like lobe ( Fig. 25).

Female genitalia: Anal segment in dorsal view nearly triangular, apical margin strongly convex with angles rounded, lateral margin smoothly but obviously curved, about as wide at middle as widest part, anal foramen in basal half ( Fig. 30). In lateral view, anal segment relatively narrow, latero-apical angles decurved and acute, ventral margin distinctly curved. Ovipositor with first valvulae narrow and curved dorsally, with 3 finger-like processes, first valvifer nearly square ( Fig. 31); second valvulae with two laminae in apical half which are united in basal half, the lamina with row of teeth (about 12) on dorsal margin, and with pair of short processes on proximal part ( Figs 32–33); third valvulae stout, flat in median part, nearly rectangular, dorsal part with short notch ( Fig. 34). Pregenital sternite with apical margin nearly straight.
