Remarks

Amazoniscus eleonorae was the first Brazilian Scleropactidae species described from a hypogean environment, with material from three localities in the state of Pará – Pedra da Cahoeira , Planaltina, and Limoeiro caves – all located in the Altamira karst area ( Fig 40 View Figure 40 ) .
