Taxonomy: Boulard (2005i) described the varieties chantrainei , flammea, fuscalae, and obscura at the same time the species was erected from the same location. Since varietal forms are no longer recognized by the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature (ICZN, 1999), we synonymize the varieties to the species.
