Distribution. World: Cape Verde ( Stebbing 1888), South Africa ( Griffiths 1974), Gulf of Mexico ( Felder & Camp 2009), Caribbean Sea, Cuba ( Miloslavich et al. 2010), India ( Rabindranath 1971a).
India: Western India Ecoregion: Arabian Sea ( Surya Rao 1972 as Gammaropsis atlanticus Stebbing, 1888 );
