Current name: Delphinium elatum L. ( Ranunculaceae ).

Note: Warnock (in Taxon 42: 453. 1993) proposed the conservation of Delphinium with D. elatum as the conserved type. He also chose a specimen in UPS as lectotype without commenting on Munz’s earlier choice. The Committee for Spermatophyta (in Taxon 44: 609. 1995) did not recommend this proposal.
