Current name: Mesembryanthemum nodiflorum L. ( Aizoaceae ).

Note: Gerbaulet (in Hartmann, Ill. Handb. Succ. Pl., Aizoaceae F–Z: 151. 2001) indicated a Bauhin description as type, but this is contrary to Art. 8.1.
